There are many possible issues here. It could just be that the idle is set too low. Could be weak spark, fuel delivery, charging system, etc... Get it to a mechanic to diagnose it for sure. They should do that for free at least.

I understand you are having electrical problems with your Frigidaire double oven, model# GLEB30T8A.
