Follow these steps :

Log into your Facebook account. Click on the PROFILE tab at the top of the page.

First off I would check to see whats running in the backround. If there re to many programs running it may interfear with the quility. See what starts up when you power up yuor pc. try to check the speed of your internet connection sometimes the connection is slow that is why if we open facebook sometimes it takes a few minutes to fully open. Also try also the version of your Flash player update new version and delete old cookie file in your browser and if you have time try to switch google crome or firefox or opera web browser.
