I have a SubZero model 642 fridge with the same problem. I just fixed it with a standard allen wrench. The set screw is quite small and is very far inside the hole. I used a 1/16" allen wrench.
The space is limited. You might want to stick a post it or other piece of paper on the door near the work area so that your allen wrench does not scratch your door as you wiggle it around.
