Relays click. That's about it

The power-on relays click but the front LED never goes to green. It blinks red once and internally the Alarm LED 8004 is lit. No HV to the screen.

Try unhooking the wires coming off the power board you should be able to unhook every thing except the switch wire and se plug if the green lights stay on and the red don't come on then you have something loading down your power supply if it still shuts down you need a new power supply

We have a 2007 Sony Bravia 46" KDL-46VL130. There is not sound or picture. When we power it on the green light comes on blinking once and then the red light blinking once and then the green light stays on....

Does the front light stays green ? Or goes back to red ? The back-light going on/off maybe the problem, but it shoul return with a red blinking led (4 times ?) and if so it can be a power inverter problem.

LG 37lc7d wont turn on power button just blinks red and green.

How many times do the power LED blinks at once after switch on. Count it carefully. These blinks are fault indications, which can help you an idea about the faulty internal section circuit. If you wish to get more details about these blinking codes, check this link.

I'm not sure about the specific problem solution, but I can point you in a good direction, look for 3 legged transistors mounted on heat sinks, they are usually called output IC's or driver ic's. There are 2 in particular that control x and y axis visuals and if they read 0,then they are shorted and need to be replaced. if they are near a metal coil, then ignore the above statement. also, try unplugging the LVDS cable,it's a cable with many tiny wires that goes from the small signal (scaler to other manufacturers) board to the display panel,if it lights, its either the logic board or SSB.

Any ideas?

1) Replace C2663 by 2020 021 91677 (100uF/50V, 105°C).
2) Place Schottky diode 9336 247 60133 on pin 7 (+) and 8 (-) of IC7650,
to avoid negative pulses, resulting in this bad startup behaviour.

Ok. I got my tv back on.
I pulled off the back cover and found the relay that was clicking.
I have two blue relays next to each other that click when the power is pushed.
I placed a hair dryer over the relays for about a minute.
Once heated up, it only took 4 tries to get the TV to stay on.
