Can find xbox live playes on matchmaking

While I don't know of any way Microsoft or Treyarch can help, I personally can do modded lobbies in Nazi Zombies, and I know a few people who do what happened to you for fun. If you can at least still play Nazi Zombies you should try looking on sites like se7insins.com for somebody that can do a lobby for you to get your rank back to a normal one. Other than that, the only alternative would be to make a new Gamertag. Next week I should be able to help you on Xbox Live, if you would like.

make sure your properly connected

first check your fire wall settings on your comp, then make sure its just halo, if its just halo then it could be the disc.

yeah quite a few people are having this problem. What it is is the server acting up. there will be nothing you can do apart from just letting the server getting back up...or there is another way which i tried. I did a custom game with me only and win it. Then go back on matchmaking and it should work form there...hopefully.

ok you got to buy a new disc or try cleaning yeah i did that and solve it also if that didnt work buying a new memory unit and disconnect your hdd so now u dont have a hdd but you got a portable memory

No its not down, im in matchmaking right now and is it any of your settings maybe? Its a problem with your server because thats why its saying about retreiving information from the server. i dunno what thingy to put it in so i put it in solution

Alot of times it is because of your connection. Try resetting your Internet service provider or router and try it agian.

Try resetting the modem that might help. Because the problem is with your modem not sending the right packet to your xbox. and dont use a computer while doing this or try birdging the network watch my video on youtube for it. Hope it helps. And if it dosnt work then contact xbox live support.

Usually the XBox servers get really busy around Xmas. Lots of new players with new XBox live accounts and new games to play on line. Last year the servers crashed altogether. Combine that with increased bandwidth being used by people in your neighborhood and you could either be losing your connection or the people hosting are losing theirs.

Have you tried hosting a match?

make sure your NAT is open, you can check this by running a connection test on your console. there are 3 types of NAT connection. Open, Moderate & Strict.

Open being the ideal option, strict meaning lots of problems connecting with talking and finding other players on xbox LIVE.

NAT settings can usually be found on your routers setup / settings page (usually http://192.168.1.1 ) but some routers may not have setttings for your NAT.
