Question about HP Compaq Presario V2000 Notebook
I had installed a periferal 802.g wifi dongle to extend the range for my notebook however even after a full uninstall and use of the default re-set I can no longer get the internal wifi to work. I have no network places where before the notebook automatically found a hotspot.
Right click on My Computer
Click on properties
Locate and click on hardware
Locate and click on device manager
Locate wireless adapter under network adapters
If it has a red X over it
Right click on it Enable it
This should help, if not contact me I have other solutions
