Have you tried switching the type of driver. From PS to PCL ?

Try using the PCL driver from the Xerox website, rather than the Postscript one supplied with the printer.
I had the same problem and installing the PCL driver solved it.

I had this problem today and think I've figured it out. Take a sheet of plain paper and two little pieces ot clear 'scotch' tape. Tape the blank sheet behind the business cards at the top/feeder edge and try again. You may need to tweak it a bit more but it stops it from printing so far up.

Once u setup the drawer paper size, make sure u tick the update automatically on the printer driver properties. Otherwise the printer driver wouldn't detect the correct paper size.

You have to clean out this machine, most likely there will be either a tiny scrap of paper or some dirt in front of a sensor.
(USE GLOVES AND A MASK) Take it apart slowly bit by bit, use compressed air liberally, when you've gone as far as you dare then put it back together slowly bit by bit and use the air again anywhere you think you'd missed, then turn on and voila! (fingers crossed for you pal, this can be laborious and annoying, but you'll get there)
