The lcd screen broke. It may can be replaced but probably would be cheaper to get a new tablet. Repair would probably cost $100 to $150

Cloudy in what way? Is the display distorted or does it just lack brightness? You could try changing the resolution but if a cable was not seated properly when the unit was reassembled, no amount of setting adjustments are going to fix it. Did the technician show it working before you paid for the repair?

The program of your unit is wiped out. reprogramming is the solution.

Just going to go through steps.
1. mIni hdmi to to tablet
2. hdmi on other end of cable to a hdmi input on tv.
3. go to input on tv and change input where you plugged in hdmi.
4. start your tablet. what ever is on your tablet will now show up on tv. (home screen, movies, e-mail, etc.)
Just a reminder, you have to switch input on tv each time.

M y Nook allows me to play Acer games on it, Barnes and Noble own the Nook Tablet.

A good idea might be to send it back to get the board fixed. That might help.

Try resetting your tablet. Google search your make, model and reset. Follow the instructions from one of the results provided.
