SOURCE: How many cubic feet is this freezer

After looking over their website, which is not very helpful, it appears that it would be approximately 5.0 to 5.2 cubic feet. It seems that in most cases, the model number contains the size. Check it out at Danby.com

Hope this helps.

Head over to the manufacturer's website.

Typically they have a SUPPORT section - where you enter the FULL model number, and then can download a FREE manual.

How many cubic feet is the whirlpool dryer leq9508pw0?

Fridges and Freezers are measured in cubic feet, dryers tend to be graded by weight of damp clothing in pounds.

Large Capacity Dryers - Whirlpool

https://www.whirlpool.com > blog > washers-and-dryers

Most standard dryers offer between 5.0 and 7.0 cubic feet of capacity. To help translate cubic footage into real-life laundry loads, consider that a 7.0 cu. ft.

Or you can calculate it.

Whirlpool 29-inch Electric Dryer LEQ9508PW0 Drum Capacity

Dryer Drum Capacity as per Manufacturer Specifications (in cubic feet):
The manufacturers began using cubic feet capacity numbers only recently. Previously, they used relative terms such as "Large" or "Extra Capacity" or laundry weight (e.g. "16 lbs per load") which did not take into account different fabric weight and volume. Even dryers available today do not have capacity written in the manual because the same manual can be used across multiple models. Once the model is no longer sold, the sales literature is discarded and capacity information often lost.

Analyzing dryers and their components, searching through old technical information and sales literature, and determining their capacity is a labor intensive and time-consuming task and we are far from finished. A small charge will help us continue our research.

Consider this: if you were to spend more than few minutes looking for dryer capacity on the internet, you would be earning LESS than minimum wage.

Calculate Electric Dryer Drum capacity
This is a geometric method to calculate drum capacity based on the cylinder volume formula. Unfortunately, the value could be as much as 25% off from the manufacturer stated capacity.

Why? Because a drum is not exactly a cylinder. The edge where bottom connected to the wall is not at 90 degree angle but smooth and rounded. The end of the drum is not clearly marked and the back is not always flat. Finally, there are baffles inside the drum used for tumbling clothes.

This method can be used as a crude estimate but we do not recommend using it for comparisson when shopping for a new dryer.

To determine your electric dryer drum capacity please take two simple measurements:

1. Use the ruler to measure the depth of the drum (indicated by the red line on the diagram)

2. Now find the distance across the drum, the diameter (the green line on the diagram). Do not confuse the size of the the door opening with the size of the drum. In this case make the measurements INSIDE the drum.

Solution: Dryer Drum Depth: in. Dryer Drum Diameter: in. Calculate Drum Capacity

How many cubic feet is my kenmore dryer model 110.79812990

The capacity of a dryer is measured by its drum volume in cubic feet. Measure the depth of the dryer from the back to the door opening. Measure the diameter of the dryer. Divide the diameter by two to find the radius. Calculate the size of the dryer by squaring the radius and multiplying by the depth.

How many cubic feet is this model of Amana Range?

actual oven space? Never had anyone ask that before. Even manufacturers don't list that info. Why not just measure depth x width x height (of oven cavity) in inches and multiply to get an estimated total of square inches. Then divide by 144 (the number of cubic inches in a cubic foot).

Kenmore dryer 86984810

pi r squared * depth to calculate this mathematically. Get a tape measure and measure the distance of the center of the drum to the edge, multiply that by itself. Then multipky that by 3.14. then measure from the back of the drum to the front edge and multiply by that. For example the dryer is 24 inches deep and has a 12 inch radius. 12 times 12 is 144 times 3.14 this is 452.16 times 24 equals 10851.84 cubic inches. divide that by 1728 to get cubic feet. You can do this in feet instead so it is easier. http://www.ehow.com/how_5622710_measure-dryer.html

Dryer Maytag LDE 9316 ACE -what is the capacity of that model dryer? Thank you!

bg_title_capflex.gif
Capacity is a key consideration when shopping for a dryer. The more you are able to dry in a single load, the less time and money you will spend doing your laundry. Most importantly, look for a dryer with approximately twice the cubic foot capacity of your washer.

Typical dryer capacity ranges from approximately 3.4 cubic feet (for a compact model) to over 7 cubic feet for an extra large capacitor

In addition to saving time by drying on fewer loads, and money on lower energy costs, a large capacity dryer often means spending less time once the laundry is dry. There is typically less wrinkling when clothes have more room to move around inside the drum.

Whirlpool brand offers dryers with a range of capacity and flexibility.

I have a gas Amana Heavy duty dryer LG5309w it starts and after 5 minutes it shuts off...any suggestions?

If the dryer has a sensor dry function, look inside the drum and locate the moisture detector. It'll probably look like two metals bare. Clean it real good with rubbing alcohol. If that doesn't fix your problem you'll need to work on the dryer.
