Question about Creative Labs Zen V MP3 Player
Usually this is a result of either A- a fried battery that will no longer hold a charge or B- a loose or worn out charging cable.
Fortunately, there is an easy test plug it in and see if it will start, if it does the battery is probably shot if it won't press the cable firmly in and try again. If it still won't you may wish to try a new cable.
Hope that helps, Good luck
