We have a new SD K760 DVD player, and each time we insert a disc we keep getting the same "no" answer on the front of the player, as if it's saying there is no disc inserted when in fact there is. How do we solve it?
Try inserting a cd, almost all dvd players can play cds as well, if it displays the same message you may very well have a defective dvd player, if it plays then you may have a damaged disc. If it plays the cd try a mint condition dvd; also, I'll assume that you know better but in many cases if the dvd player is not defective users are simply loading dvds in upside down. If all this fails return your dvd player to the store or check the warrenty.

Toshiba SD-K860 player -- I inadvertently changed from 480 to 720 output and now I don't have a viewable signal on the TV. Therefore I can't see the menu to change back to 480. Any way to change it back to 480? HELP!!
