Who can help with a new DSTV Explorar price lock system that was received but is faulty.
We received our new price lock DSTV explorar about two weeks ago upon installation they could not connect the wi-fi connector and claimed that it is faulty. We are still trying to get hold of somebody to replace this connector and made several calls all over and get transfered from pillar to post but nobody is able to assist or help. How is this possible that you buy a product that is advertised all over but nobody to help after the sale.

if you have windows explorer then open it with it and set it as default.It will never ask you again.
If you don't have windows explorar then turn off your antivirus softwares.......may be it work then..
