Pillow support
Memory foam neck pillows come in many varying densities, sizes and shapes. Usually, when you seek out a chart for memory foam pillows, they give you suggestions based on your height only. While that is a good start, you need to also consider the following: Do you sleep on your side, back, stomach or a combination of all three? Do you prefer a small, medium or large pillow now? What kind of pillow are you used to sleeping on? Is it firm, medium or soft? Do you suffer from neck pain? Knowing the answer to these questions will help you in selecting the right memory foam pillow, or may suggest that you would prefer a different pillow altogether. For example, if you sleep on your stomach, a neck pillow might not work at all. You might want to check out a memory foam pillow that's shaped like the standard pillows we all grew up using.
