Question about Microsoft Zune JS8-00001 Digital Media Player
What's this about Microsoft/Zune not responding to their broken screens problems. I am on hold now with Zune finding if this is true or bogus. Is there a class action going on. Thx

Same thing happened here. They wouldn't do a thing except repair for over $100!!!
After some research I purchased a new screen from http://www.RepairsUniverse.com
Under half the price Microsoft wanted, and they provided fitting instructions.
So far, so good screen has lasted longer than the original!

They will NOT give you a refund, they will NOT swap units with you. you're stuck... I've yet to hear of a class action lawsuit... and quite frankly their little lawyers covered their behinds on this one... So sorry.
i would like to note that on the 80 gig units they did change the layout so screen breakage isn't from the battery anymore
