SOURCE: how to open the jbl radial micro speaker set?

Bit late! Just remove the four rubber feet underneath (self adhesive). Take out the four philips screws. It's a bit of a mess inside - you'll have to remove the connectors and some screws to get to the i-pod connector. You dont need to remove the button pcbs just the main board. The i-pod connector pcb is on the end of the grey ribbon cable connected to the main board (the button end of the unit).

SOURCE: Is the carb adjustment screw on bottom

Hello

>>The Following is an Instruction File I made for Correcting this Problem. Any Input is Appreciated.
>>****All the Carburetor Adjustments are the Same for Lawn Mower and Trimmers.
>>There are Several Location for the Air Mixture Screws.
>>The Idle Air Mixture Screws are Usually Located at the Top of the Carburetor Bowl and the Top of the Carburetor Body.
>>If the Main Air and Idle Air Mixture Screws are Side by Side on the Side of the Carburetor, then the Idle Air is the Nearest to the Engine.
>>The Main Jet Air Mixture Screw is Located in the Bottom of the Carburetor Bowl or Beside the Idle Air Screw on the Side of the Carburetor Body.
>>The Engine Idle Screw is Usually Easy to Identify because you can See where it Makes Contact with the Carburetor Throttle Shaft Plate Stop Ear. The H and L Air Mixture Screws Go Into the Body of the Carburetor and the Tips Cannot be Seen.
>>Some of the Older Model Carburetors have the Main Jet Mixture Screw Straight in from the Top of the Carburetor Body (this is Rare anymore).
>>If you have Cleaned the Carburetor (Disassembled and Soaked Overnight in Carburetor Cleaner (I Use Gunk). Then Blow Out the Passages with Compressed Air and Install a New Kit if Required.
>>Now Setting the Air Mixture Screws:
>>****Turn the Idle Air and Main Air Mixture Screws In Until SNUG **Do Not Jam** Then Reverse Both Screws 1 1/2 Turns.****
>>Holding the Throttle Full Open, Start the Engine.
>>Turn the Main Air Mixture Screw Clockwise Until Proper Revs are Obtained. Occasionally you May have to Turn this Counter Clockwise to Achieve the Proper Revs. Now Allow the Engine to Idle.
>>Set the Engine Idle Screw (Not Idle Air) so the Engine will Stay Running if Required.
>>Now Set the Idle Air Mixture Screw so there is No Hesitation when Throttling from Idle to Full Throttle.
>>Reset the Engine Idle if Required. If This Carburetor has a Single Air Adjustment.
>>Use the Section Above that Pertains to Full Throttle RPM Air Mixture Screw and then Adjust the Screw if Required to Eliminate Any Hesitation when Rapidly Throttling from Idle to Full Throttle.**

>>2- http://www.cpdonline.com/692509.pdf .
Please, Do Not Hesitate, If you Hit a Snag or this Does Not Correct the Problem, I am Here if You Require More Assistance.
Hope this Helps. Let me Know What Happens, Please. May the All Mighty Bless You and Yours. Be Safe and Be Happy. Thanks.

Good Luck

Respectfully

SOURCE: jbl radial micro - how to open up?

I have a two JBL radial and stage micro, both with the same loose connection problem after two years. The stage micro was simpler to open and it was necessary just to re-soldering the connector. Now, it is working great. Regarding the Radial, this is another history… as explained in this forum, everything is glued. I was unable to access the circuit board following the explanation posted by other persons. In fact, the plastic cover with the JBL printed logo is glued and also has two screws. Unfortunately, you will need a good time, some hours in fact, to open the Radial. The best way is remove the back mesh screen. You will need a hair dryer to soft the glue and using a small screwdriver you will need to pull out carefully all the screen. From there, you will be able to access the screws. It will be necessary to unscrew and unglue different parts if you don’t want to scratch the Radial body.

How can I open the headphone Jbl duet bt?

You might need to go via the foam side. Often you have to remove the foam and that shows the access screws. You can glue the foam back with Bostick after you have done. Or you can look around for new foam pads.

My JBL Onbeat Extreme has blown a speaker - I want to repair it but cant work out how to open it... there must be clips or screws somewhere

First you have to remove all of the bottom rubber feet, don't worry they are glued to the bottom, then with a sharp knife, remove the plasticdecal where the USB, AC and video plugs are. Pry it off from one corner then work your way all around, there you will find three more screws that will release the board. Good Luck!!!

How Dismantle jbl on tour

First you need to remove the sliding door. You can do this by opening it and lifitng one side with a screwdriver like on one of the pictures.

After that you can remove the battery cap and batteries.

Than you will need to remove the JBL logo. This is quite tricky. because it is glued.

After that you can remove all the torx screws and open the device.

How do I open DUET - 2.0 COMPUTER SPEAKERS BLACK

You need to gently prise off the front speaker grill. You could use a blunt pen knife to do this. After you remove the grill You will see 4 additional screws at roughly each corner of the front panel. Unscrew them and then you can use the pen knife once more to prise apart the speaker housing. Prise the housing apart from the top because two base pads hold both halves together at the bottom. I hope this helps! :)

Hi I want to open the case of my JBL on Tour, but I dont know how to. I need to troubleshoot inside to fix this sound problem. Kindly help me.. Nikka

Its pretty late for your post....but today i repaired my jbl on tour...

there are 7 screws to be removed. 2 on thre front upper side, remove the battery cover an you find the first two. then remove the jbl sign, theres another under it. its very hard to remove, i had to destroy my jbl sign. now you have to clip out the cover when you have slided it back, under the back side who was covered, are the last 4 screws. now the nasty part is coming: you cant open it, cause its glued all around. put at first a knife into the slot betwen the upper cover & the under cover, move it around the jbl on tour, but watch out that you damage no electronic parts, or cut off the battery cabel (as i did ;) ) and now you can open the device. my jbl looks really bad after, but it works fine (had issues with the current cable)

I have a pair of JBL Duet speakers and 1 doesn't work unless the volume is maxed out on the other.

mcdevito75 here, Try to increase the volume from your keyboard, Then adjust the volume at the speakers, there should be only 1 volume control on 1 speaker to control them both, also check your connections at both speakers.
