Can we save energyIf we decrease the loading pr. of a vertical 125 CFM air compressor from 6.0 kg/cm2 to 5.5 Kg/cm2. If yes how much energy we can save if compressor have 30 KW motor

Check the Deutch diesel engine controls. Normally with
the compressor at full open, engine must continously run, sionce this is the point where the engine is not
heavy loaded. Check the injection pump as well as engine speed control and the air filter.

you should have an oil trap or two in the line from the out let of the compresor before it go's into the factory
they also trap any water in the air there easy to fit into the line and not very pricy

Milwaukee now owns Kango, unfortunately I believe the 950sv is the old style. Parts are no longer avail. I have about 20 of the breakers. It is really too bad, they were great machines.
