-   Opening the tray & the 7 x thing didn't work.
I have a dvd of my wedding done in Nicaragua
and it will not play in my player. I do get
audio when I play it on my computer but no

You can try the following:
1. Power on
2. Open DVD tray
3. Press 7 times 0 on the remote control
4. You will see a "Now zonefree" confirmation message on the screen.
