I have a galaxy note 3 how do I stop my phone from converting a 4 page txt message to an mms

Hey Georgina, to disable your MMS on your phone please follow these steps:

Go to Settings -> Wireless and Network -> Mobile Networks -> Access Point Names
Tap on the name of your access point (ex. KPN Internet)
Scroll to the bottom and select APN Type

You will have a screen that shows 3 selections:
1) MMS + Internet
2) Internet
3) MMS

Select Internet, once internet has been selected your MMS Feature will be disabled and you will no longer have to deal with those annoying MMS Conversions.

Please let me know if this helps or not so we can troubleshoot further and resolve this issue for you.

Thanks,

Since Sun Cellular does not have specific settings for your phone for an automatic configuration, you can still connect to the internet by configuring your device manually. You just have to look for internet settings in your phone and input the configuration as indicated below.

How to upload images using samsung SGH-X510 in pc

This sounds like an issue with your MMS (multi media messaging). MMS do not go across the actual phone access. They require that your device access the internet to get the pictures.

Are you also having issues with your internet access on your device. I would contact your service provider. It maybe that there is a permission that has been changed and they would be the ones that would be able to change this.

I hope this answers your question.
Thank you for visiting FixYa for your solutions.
