Your coil fins are likely bent or otherwise preventing all air flow. For more information on this, and how to fix it, here's a great, handy diagnostic article from a handy site, YourHandymanZone.com:

http://yourhandymanzone.com/Your_Handyman_Zone_How_To_Pages_Home_Improvement_Zone_Cooling_Ventilation_Systems_Central_Air_Conditioning_Coil_Fins_Bent_Prevent_Air_Flow.htm

Hope this helps. I found the site to be informative myself.

Turning on heater the AC unit kicks on. When using AC it won't turn off, just runs and runs and runs. Would this be an issue with the thermostat?

find where the thermostat bulb is located
if it is the ceiling or unit , it requires the unit to fill to the roof with cold air before it turns off
as most rv units are not insulated , the unit seldom fills with cold air enough to turn it off
I would get an accredited ac shop to check it out

Have you checked location of probe for return air? Remove filters and find probe to make sure it is about in the middle of flow of return air. Let me know what you find.

2 year old Coleman Mach III tapping and not blowing cold air:

Make sure the condensor fan is blowing through the condensor on the roof. It sounds like the compressor is fighting high head pressures after running a bit.. After so many attepts, or if it suceeds in operating the load trips the circuit breaker.. Make sure the condensor is clean and air is passes through it from the fan. Just for clarifiication the condensor is the coil that gets hot and the evaporator is the coil yat create the cold air. Good Luck, and if you will, let me know how it turns out. Good Luck. Ned

Duo therm roof ac blowing cool air not cold

sure if you understand superheat and subcooling. Do you have a TXV or a piston and you will need to check your delta temp. This is not something for the novice. Call a pro.
