Question about LG enV VX9900 Cellular Phone
2day my phone stopped cutting on. it shows this message that says use genuine battery. and then after ten seconds it powers down. & ive had my lg enV2 for a year and maybe 2 months
The software in the phone needs to be reprogramed at a store and they can fix that within maybe 20 minutes. also the phone may have a glitch in the software do to upgrades on the system. if the battery has gotten too warm though it will fry the battery to where the phone wont register it as a good battery. i have never had mine show use genuine battery though. i talked to a friend who works for verizon and she said only technical support at a main brach store can fix that.
