2004 Triumph Daytona 600 Headlight Adjustment

If you look on the back of the headlights, there should be two screws(should be phillips) on the outer upper corner, and inner lower corners of each light. just park it about 20 feet from a flat wall, and have someone about the same weight as you sit on the bike upright, and adjust as needed.

Hi I have a Daytona 600 2004 and i have removed the fuel tank I need to know where the evaporative fuel system line attaches too could you please help.

The two evaporative fuel system lines are located on the underside of the tank, one is the drain hose for the filler cap, the other is the fuel tank breather (or eveaporative connector hose) Best to have marked them before removal.

Please see diagram below for fitting:

Spark plugs have no spark

You need to check the Coil first and if you have fire there you will need to check the stater (not starter). and just start moving back to your battery, but chances are it will be you coil.

2004 Triumph DAYTONA 600 electrical part

Hello,
This is an old thread but we found the answer after checking if a part no was correct....
The box is an O2 controller for a Dynojet Power Commander kit.
It is used to bypass the sensor that fits into the exhaust to allow full ECU performance/fuel modifying.
Part no 66391201 is also the same compatable part as 76125003 and is used in certain other Dynojet kits. (Daytona 600)
Hope this may help any other Triumph owners with the same question. :)
