I'm assuming you are attempting to open ports to fix your speeds. if that is the case, it likely has nothing to do with the modem, Modems generally come with all ports open, it's the router that closes ports as it has a built in firewall. Do you have a router? Make and model if so?

That device is capable of working on different connection types but thats not your question. It appears your being asked by utorrent for your speed. Do a speedtest or look at your bill and find out what speed package your on OR just select 768 or greater if thats an option.
