Motorola qa30 help dont know how to save ringtones

Sometimes if your phone isnt an original to the network it is on, It will give protection to the ringtone so you can't send it. When you try to save it the phone may still be trying to verify that the phone you are using is the phone you bought it on. Unfortunatley there isn't much you can do about this except find a provider that works with your network and phone... And to ask the company for a refund if you paid for your ringtones.

The running man icon means you have your ringtone set to OUTDOORS. The icon changes as you change your ringtone volume settings.

Text tone on my Matrix

First you have to go to menu>my stuff>tools and utilities>voice memo>and you record a voice. When you are done recording, save it then go to menu>settings>profiles. Now you press the options key on profiles and go to customize and you click. Scroll down to message sound and click on it. Choose audio>my voice>and choose the recording that you want to be for your message. Press options>select. You should then be taken back to your messaging and ringtone settings. press the options>save.

settings-ring styles-loud detail/soft detail/vibe detail-inbox then scroll down and find a ringtone. while in "loud detail" scroll down and make sure the Ringer IDs are ON. now you can personalize every callers ringtone and message tone.

you cant use recorded files as ringtones. they dont give you the option so that you are forced to pay for them but try this website www.myxer.com you can make your own ringtones then send them to you phone via. your home computer.

Cannot download ringtones from internet

There is probably a routing problem on your account..thats why it wouldn't let you download. Yes you can change music to ringtones. They need to be less than 20 seconds or it will recognize it as music instead of ringtones. Any audio editing software will do. I use wavepad 4 just because I already had the pro version. You can search "wavepad" on yahoo and the first one will let you download a trial. All the features are availiable and when the trial runs out...delete and download again. Just save the file as an MP3 and then transfer to your micro sd.
