Download password i put a password to buy stuff in the playstation store i havent bought anything in awhile and i forgot my password what can i do to take it off.

Check in the motherboard manual how to reset the bios and with luck it will forget it needs a password.

1 - There should be an option to send you a new password. Look for a "forgot your password?" link and click it.

2 - If you can't find anything like that, go to http://www.playstation.com and try the same procedure there. There's a "sign in" link at the top right. Click on that, try your password and if it still doesn't work look for a "forgot my password" link. Keep in mind that right now (7:03am PST), the website is down for maintenance. Try this in an hour.

3 - Also remember it's possible that PSN is still having problems and that may be why you can't log in.

It's really hard to find the xbox live password once you have forgotten it. You may want to call Microsoft at (800) 4MY-XBOX or (800) 469-9269. My suggestion would be to make a new account if thats possible.

You can try to put your save files on an external harddrive or USB, so you can import them after the system restore is finished. Playstation Store downloads are linked to your account, so if you've bought them once, you needn't buy them again, only re-download them.

downloaded the latest update for ps3 and then when i turned it on it usually signs me in automatically but i had to put in my password so i put it in but it says wrong password or sign-in ID so i went on forgot password and it goes to a different screen and says 'an error has occured. (80023017)' what do i do? dont worry you havent been hacked its psn maintence just wait i have same problem

You can get a Password Reset disc download and burn to CD. Copy/paste the address below, into your address bar of your browser.

Download this file and burn it to CD. Put into drive and turn on PC, and boot from the CD. Follow instructions, choose the correct USER. & BLANK the password. make sure you say OK to write the data, and reboot. The logon password will now be reset blank.

If you forgot your password you have to call customer service and ask them to transfer you to technical care for Sidekick phones so that they can perform a reset.

you need to delete some stuff off of your hard drive. its full. maybe delete some updates you dont need or some game demos.
