Error code F9-00 means printer board problem/printer out of service. This error occurs due to a fault in the main circuit board of the machine. Try a reset first by pressing P then * then C then * then 14 then Start and then CA.
If that doesn't work check that the SCSI cable is connected to the correct port, and that the port is enabled in simulation 24-44, A & B, set the port used to #1, the one not used to #0.
If that doesn't help, you will need to replace the printer board.
