Look at the above picture of the stapler and follow the bottom of it from the left side over to the right side. Right there on the end of it is a small piece of metal that looks bent down, bull this out and set your row of staples on top of the sled you pulled out and then slide it back it. it is ready to staple something.

Howdy, pull out the plunger to its farthest and turn stapler upside down (staple output pointing up) and lay staples in track (in front of plunger) then push plunger back in.
Super handy when you get used to it:)

Hi,
From what I have read, and I've searched, Stanley doesn't make parts for this staple gun. Only found hammer tacker springs.
