I will assume that you have checked all fuses and the starter circuit breaker. Circuit breaker has a red post that extends when it is tripped. To reset, push the red post down. If it is not tripped, there are a couple interlocks on the start circuit. First is the clutch switch, kick stand switch and then the gear position indicator. I would troubleshoot the circuit using a multi-meter. With the key off or battery disconnected, trace the wires for these switches back to a connection point. Use the multi-meter on the ohms scale and touch both sides of the connectors. Have someone push the start button, and see if the meter shows continuity. Meaning that when the button is pushed, the meter should go to 0.00 ohms. If it does, move to the clutch lever switch and then on to the kick stand switch. If they all work by continuity, turn the key on and verify voltage at these connections. Hope it helps!

The machine is not turning on at all, what do i do?

first check electrical recpt make sure it hot and not tripped.
second if electrical recpt is hot check cord for continuity with meter.
if cord is fine check switch for continuity. usually one of these three things that cause a vacuum not to turn on.

I am pretty 100 percent sure that Michele CSX 36 diamonds only comes with a swiss quartz movement not an automatic movement.
So the problem seems to be that the battery is dying and need to be replaced. Stopping and going is usually a sign of a battery dying in a swiss quartz movement.
So it should be nothing major and just a battery.

You evidently have an earth fault on the cooker i.e one of the heating elements has failed and the trip switch is operating to prevent you getting a shock.

Most likely it is one of the radiant rings that is at fault but it could also be an oven element.

There is no easy way to tell without checking with a multi-meter for earth continuity between each element and the cooker frame, you can do this with the power off and the meter set to resistance or continuity test.

There should be no reading between healthy elements and earth but a faulty element will normally show a reading when the probe touches the cooker frame.

This happens to about 1% of the units I've sold. Sometimes the GPS antenna software reverts to version 0.00 which of course is nothing. Check in the GPS by going: Menu > Menu > Setup > System > Menu to see the versions installed.

Use Garmin WebUpdater (free from Garmin web site) to reload the software and update if necessary - they bring out updates a few times a year - it's all free and very easy to do using WebUpdater.

Is it possible that water has gotten inside the controls that could have caused the flashing lights? Kind of like spilling water on a calculator, everything seems to go haywire.

The capacitors in the power supply are probably bad. The best way to check them in circuit it with a ESR Meter. Or you can do what us old technicians call shotgun it and replace all the caps on the power supply module. Let me know it this helps.

ODOmetre

the problem is inside the speedometer/odometer unit but before you take it apart just push in all the wires that are plugged into the meter this willsolve the problem if it is loose other that that the speedo head assembly has to be taken down and checked for internal repairs.
