I HAVE THE WEBCAM BUT I LOST MY SOFTWARE...FROM WHERE I GET THIS SOFTWARE??

The installation disk contains both the software and the driver. The software section is the fancy bits that you see working as the "Program" the functional bit is the "Driver" which operates the camera and is essential to have the "Program" function work as it should. Without the driver the program will not work. As it is from CREATIVE LABS go to their website and under support downloads get the software and driver for your model and reinstall

http:support.creative.com Find your camera in the list of cameras at this website. Then they have a list of software, drivers and downloads for your camera. This is where I got everything I needed to install my Creative Instant 0040 camera and it works like a charm. Good Luck and Merry Christmas to you.
