You probably need to set time and date in menu before it will take photos (assuming it is indeed a camera, a fact which is unclear from your post).

How do i read the display

Hi
I have had a look at the manual, which can be seen here:-
http://www.naturecounters.com/catalog/birdcams_userguide_lo.pdf

and downloaded if required.
I also assume that the screen you quote 0000/2009 from looks like this: 25298386-zaroub1mziznni4k1xdwqerx-3-0.jpg and although not clearly explained in the manual (at least during my quick perusal) my previous experience of other cameras makes me think that this is related to the photographs taken by the camera and stored on the SD card, and the number of photographs can still be stored on the SD card according to the resolution the camera has been set to.
In your case I would say you had no photos on your SD card with space available for 2,009 more at the resolution set.
Hope this is helpful, if so would you please register that with Fixya
Cheers

DMC-zs10 records on internal memory - not on SD card

Hello bro..
Do you check your SD card? It is work ?
My solution:
1. Off Lumix camera.Until LCD was off. Press center of card to remove it.
2. Use card reader to connect your SD card to pc/netbook/laptop..
3. Check full capacity for SD card, it is empty(zero) or have it their mount.
4. If empty (full, used, free is zero) ,try reinsert card again and don' t touch the terminal.
5. If still empty, that mean, your SD card was corrupted.
6. If not empty, backup all data in SD card.
7. Format the SD card using FAT32.
8. Checking Disk.
9.Insert back to camera, and format SD card using camera menu.
10. Take picture. and see if save on SD card or not. comment back here. if succes or not.
11. Don't use any battery except original from panasonic. It will affected to product.
12. Don't remove battery or card before lcd was off light.

Nv3 it says memory full even if the sd card is empty. it wont take photos

try using the camera to reformat the SD card.
Or maybe if that camera has internal memory, it is set to use the internal memory. Go to the options and set the camera to use the SD card

I have a vivicam 3650, i have inserted a 2gb kingston technology SD card but when i try to take a photo is says "CARD FULL" but it's new, i've had a look on the file on my laptop, but that says...

Hi. There is a simple solution to your problem. Probably not the one you want to here, but
Your camera can only accept 512MB SD Cards. Anything beyond that Max will cause problems
for you. So the problem is the SD Card not the camera.

4gb micro sd card says its "full" when its empty

THIS WILL MAKE YOU LOOSE ALL FILES!!!
(even password)
Take the memorycard out of the phone and,
put it in a computer.Use filesystem FAT-32
to reformat your memorycard.
Now the card will work again!
No password, No files will be left after a
complete reformat
This is your solution! Please vote!

Unable to view pics

Copy the existing photos on to your PC, switch off the camera. Remove the SD card and format the SD-card using a SD-card reader, this will clear all the card contents. Now try using it in your Camera again. Ideally, you should be able to save photos on this SD card. Other way would be to insert another SD card into your camera and click photos and check whether those photos are being saved into the SD card(this can be done using display option in your digicam.)
