Question about JVC Televison & Video
I perform the action to setup my brighthouse remote with my JVC flatscreen. I keep pressing the Channel + until it turns off. I then hit the setup, but the remote will not save this code why not?

Most current TV units can be reset to default factory settings by being unplug from the mains fro at least a couple of hours (or overnight).
Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.

Be sure you are using the correct component input
This model has three component inputs and only one (the third from left) will work on 1080i signal the first two only handle 480i and 480p
This tv will not operate with 720p signal

I solved the problem by useing the brighthouse remote procedure to locate the code # appropriate for the Insignia 32" tv, the unit is currently functioning as it should, thanks for responding.
