D52w19/ green power light comes on and goes off by itself. The tv has to be powered up several times before it will stay on.

Check the main power switch, if it has bad contacts have it cleaned or replaced, also check connector contacts for any oxydation, loosened solder contacts on any of the components and the power supply for leaking, dried or blown up capacitors.

These are some things i would check, however, there are other possible causes for this, i hope you can get it fixed.

I just want to ask you something before I give the solution, does the unit gone to start-up problem (needs warm-up before it finally turn on, needs to pressed the power button key several times, needs to unplug from the outlet and plug it back in)before, you have said that you've encountered it last few months?

TV turns on then off no picture


I was watching my tv and it just automatically turn off, everytime since then i turn it on it goes off in seconds without picture or sound comes.
