I purchased an unlocked Motorola Razr2 V9 and I am trying to configure the MMS settings so I can send and receive pictures. But it won't work.

I had the same problem could not send or receive picture messages on my new MotoRAZR2 v9 Unlocked phone.So I went to the T moble store and the girl there called T moble tech support, in about 5 min they had my phone fixed. So now I am able to send and receive picture messages.

You need to enable the MMS feature of your phone. You need to contact your phone service provider and they will give you instruction on how to activate it.

My vodafone motorola razr2 will not send or receive mms!
You have to activate your MMS services by contacting your service provider. You will receive MMS settings once you activate MMS service.

Seem like you V9 is configured to send unicode SMS, try the following, try to send and SMS just with the letter A to yourself and to a friend, if received, then try to send a special character like the ú. This usually happen in Latinamerica Carriers when the handset is from China or Euro.
