Question about Polaroid i532 Digital Camera

1 Answer

My son dropped his Polaroid i532 camera after

After taking a bunch of pictures on his Polaroid i532 camera, he dropped it. The camera turns on and takes pictures just fine, but it can no longer read from a memory card. I put his memory card into my camera and saw all of the the pictures he took before he dropped it. I also took a blank SD card and put it into his camera and it doesn't see it. Any ideas? Thanks.

Many ideas! But they all lead to the bank! you either repair ( expensive) or throw it in the bin. You could try a claim on your insurance. But it would depend on the excess you might have to pay to justify the value of a repair

How do i upload the pictures from my i532 polaroid camera?? i need help asap

The best way to transfer pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program, such as Picasa ( http://picasa.google.com ).
