If this is your computer:
back up all personal data, make sure you have all the programs that are installed/you want to use on cd and set up the whole system anew.
(make a new installation of windows plus programs)
it seems you can only log in as a guest having not enough rights to save data and install new programs - so if you cannot get the master/administrator password, you're lost.

make sure this is your pc, else the owner will give you a hard time!

I took my daughter off of administrator before i got to make myself the administrator now i cant download anything and i am restricted to certain things what do i do

the problem is that you took your daughter off from administrator without making yourself administer first. In effect there is no administrator for your computer. I went to start to control panel to user accounts to select new account type and you may be able to rectify the problem there ( Windows 7)Try that for starters and it may give you a clue as to what to do. Another way may be to go to restore in the control panel and go back to a time previous to when you tried to change the user accounts.

Go to control program. Select user accounts. Make sure the user you are using is an administrator user. If not turn that option on on setup a new user that has administrator privliges and logon as that user.

My daughter keeps making a new facebook account. I do not want it on this pc at all. She also got a Google account to make a new facebook account. How can I stop this?

Except for totally keeping her off the machine it is difficult to stop a child from things on the net. They often find out from a friend how to get around what you did to block them. One thing you can do is put the website in the restricted zone in internet explorer. Open IE and click on TOOLS, and INTERNET OPTIONS and then the SECURITY tab. THen click on RESTRICTED SITES and hit the SITES button and add both sites.

Also if you haven't already I would make a separate login for your daughter (on the machine for logging into windows) as a regular user, not as an administrator. Make yourself an administrator for your account (if it's the only one you've had on the machine then it already is set up as administrator) and put in a password and don't give it out. This won't keep her off of websites but it will help prevent her from making some changes to your computer.

If she had her own pc and you used a router you could restrict her from specific sites and other things by blocking the connection in the setup on the router.

The magicjack loading but minute ago it's not found

Your computer or computer network may block certain software applications in a corporate or work setting.

If your computer has been issued to you by your company and you are having issues loading the magicJack and you also have issues loading other applications or programs, your corporate administrator may have restricted your computer from downloading certain software.

Many large companies, such as IBM and Citibank, place such restrictions on computers before issuing them to their employees.

Please try using your magicJack on a different computer that does not have these restrictions.

In some cases, you might have to disable your firewall during the registration process (less than 2 minutes) and enable it as soon as the registration is complete. This is typical of many other software installations.

Control panel

The problem is that you do not have administrator rights on your computer for this user. Logout and then log back in as the administrator. Then you will be able to access the control panel user accounts. If you can't log in as the administrator or another user that has administrator rights, there is nothing you can do.

Good Luck!
