Question about Magellan RoadMate 3050T GPS Receiver
How do I get my Windows Vista-based laptop to recognize the unit when it is plugged in? Each time it is plugged it, Vista recognizes that a removable drive titled "TFAT" is installed and a removable drive if the SD card is in. Thanks!!
i might not understand what your asking, but if vista is listing the tfat and the sd card slot, then it is being recognized...thats what its suppose to do.
with the gps on and booted, once you plug in the usb cord, the hardware wizard should pop up and install it, then youll see it listed as tfat in your computer.
if im missing your ? please post back so i can help you further.
