you can't actually close the account, just don't use it. If you have signed up for fixya unlimited $9/month read the terms page on how to cancel it - http://www.fixya.com/terms
and then select "Close Account." FixYa cannot close an account you have with another company.

Your message popped under IM heading I just wish to know wether you are getting POUPs on your windows through fixya or just normal emails from fixya. Kindly clarify. you can simply select block mails from fixya.com in you email id and you will never receive any emails.
