Question about Apple iPod touch
I have an ipod touch, and i forgot the passcode. i tried so many times, and after a while it says: 'connect to itunes.' but when i do connect to itunes, nothing pops up. my itunes is just the same as if nothing happened. and when i look at my itouch ipod, it tells me to enter the passcode all over again. From there is starts over again. Pease help!!!!
Do you see in an icon for your ipod touch on the left hand panel of iTunes? It should be listed under "devices". you need to click that first.
Then go to the Summary tab. There is a "restore" button under the Version section. This will restore your iPod to factory defaults. You will loose all the custom data, and will have to re-sync it.

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
