I have the Freemotion XTr treadmill all of they memory workouts are set at 1 minute, can they be set back to 40 minutes? If so, how?

The problem is either in the lower control board or the lift motor. I would start by replacing the lift motor. Then if that does not fix it, replace the lower control board.

clean all parts and vacuum inside where motor is,it is getting hot from dirt
