Question about Samsung CLP 300 Laser Printer

Status light is on.

Tried the "net stop spooler" - "net start spooler" - powered down and powered on, but to no avail.

It could be due to the print spooler service on your computer. Please follow the steps below on how to clear the print queue and enable the print spooler service.

  1. Browse to Start -> Run... and type in NET STOP SPOOLER (this will stop the print spooler service)
  2. Browse to your windows\system32\spool\PRINTERS\ folder. You should see files there ending in .SPL and .SHD created around the time you tried to print - delete these files.

Lexmark X4690 printing status stuck at 50%


It could be that the Print Spooler service on your computer has stopped. Please follow the steps below to fix the problem:

My Lexmark Printer x4690 says printing status 50% and stays at 50% why

Have you checked if there are any Documents Stuck in Queue to print ? ( under Control panel - Printer and faxes folder )

Click on Start button
Click on Run
Type SERVICES.MSC and click ok
look for Print Spooler in the list
highlight Print Spooler,
Click on STOP button then click on START
close the window and check if the print queue is gone. ( Refresh the Printers and Faxes folder )

Type Cmd ( or COMMAND ) and hit enter
In the black window type
NET STOP SPOOLER ( hit enter button )
Type

net stop spooler. then hit enter.
then type net start spooler. and hit enter repeat above steps 3 4 times. net stop spooler then net start spooler. at the end make sure spooler shud be started. then restart computer.

Hp 6110 printer problem


If you have Vista, you probably have to run this with administator privilages (UAC). For XP and
older Windows operating systems, you can start and stop the spooler from the command prompt
(or Start Run).

net stop spooler
net start spooler

Should remove the document from the queue.
