royalsupplies com Looking a bit further, their collections of manuals doesn't include the 310PD, but the site says that if your product isn't listed, to call their help line at 888-261-4555. This is likely your best bet for finding some assistance from people who know the product.

The below site sells the rollers for some models. I'm not sure about yours. The second one, part number R-673273, may fit. Check your brush for a part number.

I recommend replacing the belt and cleaning the inside of the powerhead while it's apart.

Royal dont have any on their web site but give them a call at 1-800-524-0799 and maybe they can e-mail or fax you something.

You could try the models on their site and see if one of those has a similar tax setup:
