Do not do that! Open your watch's caseback, then pull out the crown with stem and the movement will come out with the dial fitted on it.
Do not force the stem out - there is the special point (usually marked with an arrow) where to push to get the stem out.
If you gonna try to get the glass out you will brake it or will not be able to fit it back. Definetely.
