Question about NorStar Meridian M7310 Phone
A printer has been plugged into the RS-232 port on the Star Talk Flash Module. The phone reads that a report is printing, but the message from the phone does not seem to be understood by the printer attached.
The vm needs to be acknowledged by the printer that it has received the print, verify the settings are correct on the printer and their are no errors on the printer. you may have to restart the vm if no problems can be found with the printer.
