If it just froze up, there's a reset button at the back/bottom, I used a staple if a paperclip isnt available. The reset button did nothing to solve my problem of only getting a screen showing "COBY" but maybe it'll help you.

i had the exact same problem.. but i managed to fix it.....on the back there's a little hole on the bottom which says "reset" below it. take something thin like an hb pencil and stick it inside to press the button. it automatically resets everything and it shud work fine

it froze

it happened to me too! you just have to plug it in to computer and wait for 1 or 2 hours and it shuts down and you turn it on.
