This pro lem has to do with microsoft vista or Internet explorer 7.

Try going to File>page setup and uncheck the shrink to fit setting. You should also be able to preview the printed page in the Print Preview window from your browser and adjust the zoom percentage to modify the scale of the printed page.

When ordered, said it was for Windows 10, but on the box says Window 8.1, 8 or 7. So will it work on windows 10

The internet explorer icon is not responding (no matter how many times i clik)?


It is possible that the shortcut icon is broken. Click start and then click Internent Explorer apposed to clicking it on your desktop.

I would also recommend installing the latest available Internet Explorer for your computer.

IE7 won't print in Vista. Unable to print web pages or attached PDF manuals, etc. All other software [Word, Excel, etc.] does print Okay.


What print command method are you using (click Print icon, File>Print, etc.)? Do you get any error messages? Does anything else happen?

Cannot download Internet Explorer from any site I tried


Access: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads

Under the "Popular Downloads", find:

Windows Internet Explorer 8 for Windows XP

If you're running Microsoft Vista, instead click "more"
to find IE8 for Windows Vista.

If you're running Microsoft 7, IE8 is pre-installed.
