Question about Acer Aspire 3680 Laptop
I have an acer Laptop Which does not recognise my usb port when i try to download my music to my mp3. It comes up with a box to "find connection" but only looks at COM ports, but i only have usb ports.
Can you please advise me.
You must Look on your Desktop Locate
Right click on My computer
click on Properties
Go to the Hardware tab
Click on Device Manager
Locate your USB Ports which are probably at the bottom of that list
If there is an X over the USB Connections you must right click to enable them
The other solution is to plug up the device and follow the above steps
I sensing that this device did not have drivers that were downloaded to your system.
The other thing is try to plug the device into another computer to see if it is reocginized by the other computer. If it is reocognized you know it is not the device. It is software related
