Intel Realtek Audio Driver doesn't instal after reinstalling XP32

After I reinstalled my OS (XP 32 bit) the Realtek Audio Drivers failed to instal. I keep getting the message "Failed" right at the end of the installation process. I've searced Intel's website for a compatible driver, but all the related links are dead links. Please make my system speak again!

My motherboard is an Intel D945GCNL/D945GCPE (82945 Express chipset family).

    Kamal, thanks a lot, but I tried that already, and that link is dead. Or can you access the file from your system/connection?

    Comment #1--that one's for Vista, I think. I'll search the site for XP compatible version. Thanks.

Your audio realtek driver do not matches with your win xp whether sp2 or 3 .Try some other win xp having different cd keys
