Two payments of 5.99 on 16th jan 2017 have gone out of my bank. Halifax
Contact your bank Immediately and query the transactions as to who has taken the funds and tell them you do not recognise the transaction . Most transactions these days will appear with contact details for regular payments on your statements or on your online banking , maybe to need to click on the said transaction or hover the mouse over it to highlight any details.
By the way....Have you signed up to any 'free on line trials' recently that in the small print reads that if you do not cancel the service at a set time the service will then switch to a paid service?
Is you bank / debit card account linked to any on line gaming? Especially being used by a minor?
Check with you bank to confirm who taking it, if nessacary Google the company or person concerned and it possibly will show the reason or an explanation as to what services that company provides before your bank has time to look into it and get back to you?
