Question about Bosch Nexxt WTMC 3300 Electric Dryer
The lint filter light flashes after 20 minutes but the filter is clean. And the machine will stop drying. I cheked the vent line and is 100% clear. The dryer is 3 weeks old.
Call bosch. they are having problems with one of the sensor in that dryer. they try to fix it but in my experiance they end up having to swap out the dryer

I had the same problem and figured if the lint sensor is clogged, covered or otherwise gummed up with lint, dirt, hair, etc then this will continue to happen regardless of wether the lint trap is clean.
So I took my compressor and blew out the slot where the trap slides into...stuff flew everywhere (so watch your eyes or wear goggles). I then vaccumed it up and did it again... and again and again each time loads of stuff came out. Once nothing blew out I loaded the dryer and have not had the problem since...
This makes sense right? so if you can try this solution.

What we have found to be the best solution is to stop using dryer sheets... use the liquid fabric softener in the washer. Once I switched to the liquid, I have not had any problems with the dryer running the full cycle without stopping. If anybody is shopping for a dryer, take our advice and DO NOT buy a Bosch. I have tried several times to contact the company and they will not answer.

If you are using dryer sheets, the coating from the sheets comes off & can clog the filter/screen and give you the error code and cause the shut down! Replace or clean the screen thoroughly and use fabric softener instead of dryer sheets.
This is just one possibility, but the one we find the most in our repair experience!

I have a Nexxt 500 series dryer that I purchased from Lowes and have experienced the same problem with the lint filter warning.
I changed the entire run of solid vent pipe to eliminate a 90-degree elbow to no avail.
I had an exhaust kit on my old dryer that I purchased from Lowes. When my new dryer arrived and was installed I discovered that the exhaust pipe was slightly smaller than 4 inches, therefore the elbow from the kit would not securely fit on the exhaust pipe so the installer just attached the flexible exhaust pipe to the back of the dryer.
This short cut did not allow for a symmetrical 90-dregree bend. After several months of having this annoying problem I put the elbow back on the exhaust pipe. In order for the elbow to tightly fit I first had to put some duct tape around the exhaust pipe to increase its diameter.
This has solved the problem, the dryer now runs for the entire cycle without sounding the lint alarm and shutting down.

I've did two things: changed flexible vinyl vent hose to aluminum duct hose, changed 1 elbow angle from 90 degrees to 60 making hose sloped (avoid several 90 degrees!) and washed filter with soapy water - no more annoying beeping sound from dryer in my basement! I solved this problem by correcting the flexible dryer ducting air flow after I had been moving the dryer around. I guess the gas will turn off if the draw is not correct and the gas and exhaust go out the same vent.
