Question about Dell 962 Photo All-In-One InkJet Printer
My printer quit working in the middle of a print job and just sat there. I uninstalled the printer and software, then reinstalled it with the CD that came with it.
Now I can print, fax and even scan from other applications, but if I try to acess the printer through the "All-In_One" software that was installed with the printer. I get the following message.
Please install Dell 962 printer drivers (which I have done repeatedly) then
Program: C:\Program files\Dell Photo AIO\dlbxaiox.exE
(with the E big at the end like that)
The application asked the Runtime to teminate in an unusual way. Please contact the appication's support team.
I can't find anything from dell on this issue. Anyone have any solutions?
Download this program and run it:
Couse i think it can be registry problems
and run CHKDSK /R then restart pc

make all your printer settings to default. If any problem in that simply uninstall & re-install the driver.
If still no good, your black cartridge might have dried-up
