1. Dial the CO Line Queue Cancel code [626] on the dial pad.
2. Replace handset or press ON/OFF button.

1. Dial an outside line access code, a busy tone will sound.
2. Briefly depress and release the hookswitch.
3. Dial [621]. A confirmation tone will sound.

Unless I misunderstand what a callback request is, that's not where my problem lies. Actually, for the second time now, the problem has resolved itself at a random moment. But I would still like to know about this in the increasingly likely event that it happens again, as this is the second time in three weeks. Again to state my problem simply: An incoming call is not making the phones ring. They ring for other things, just not incoming calls.
