My Vodavi Starplus STS system has stopped ringing on most of our phones. Lines flash for incoming calls, but no ring. It's almost like the incoming calls are on hold, because you have to pick up the phone AND select the CO line to answer the call. The incoming caller hears a regular ring though.

Unless I misunderstand what a callback request is, that's not where my problem lies. Actually, for the second time now, the problem has resolved itself at a random moment. But I would still like to know about this in the increasingly likely event that it happens again, as this is the second time in three weeks. Again to state my problem simply: An incoming call is not making the phones ring. They ring for other things, just not incoming calls.
